The Hidden Battle: Control, Resistance, and the Power of Unity

Throughout history, power has never been held in the open. Instead, it operates through hidden forces, shaping politics, economies, and cultures without people realizing they are being manipulated. Those who resist are silenced, those who conform are rewarded, and those who remain unaware become tools in a larger game. But history also teaches us another lesson—no empire, no oppressive system, and no deception can last forever. The question is, will we wake up in time to break free?

The Illusion of Freedom

The modern world is built on the promise of democracy, human rights, and freedom. But who truly benefits from these ideals? Monarchies, religious leadership, and traditional rulers were dismantled, not to give power to the people, but to centralize control under hidden forces. The same systems that claim to uphold liberty are the ones creating the greatest oppression.

The Iraq invasion, for example, was not about spreading democracy—it was about securing oil and establishing military control. Afghanistan’s occupation was not a war against terrorism—it was about controlling trade routes like the TAPI Pipeline. Palestine is not just a land conflict—it is a strategic region at the crossroads of Africa, Asia, and Europe. Power is never about morality; it is about control.

Cultural Engineering: The War on Values

While wars are fought on the battlefield, another war is fought in the minds of people. Media, entertainment, and education systems have become tools for reshaping beliefs over generations. Family structures are weakened, faith is mocked, and traditional values are labeled as outdated.

In Disney movies, young girls are subtly taught that strong women are those who reject marriage and family. In modern media, relationships outside of marriage are glorified while having children is seen as a burden. This is not accidental—it is a carefully planned strategy to break down the foundations of a strong society. Once the family unit is destroyed, individuals are easier to control.

Even resistance is manipulated. Those who fight against injustice are labeled as extremists, while those in power remain unquestioned. Palestine’s struggle, for example, is framed as terrorism, even though the same people accusing them have committed far greater atrocities. The narrative is shaped by those in power, and if people don’t question it, they become part of the deception.

The Role of Religion in This Battle

The Zionist movement, despite its claims, was never about faith. It strategically used religious symbolism to gain political and financial backing. In the same way, Western governments have attempted to manipulate right-wing Islamic movements to create division, making it easier to control Muslim communities. However, such strategies have often backfired because, as history has shown, true faith cannot be easily destroyed.

Just as Iblees vowed to mislead humanity, Allah promised that His true servants would remain steadfast. This is the ultimate test—who will stand firm, and who will fall into deception?

Allah warns us not to let differences divide us, as He alone will judge between us on the Day of Judgment:

"The Jews say, 'The Christians have nothing [to stand] on,' and the Christians say, 'The Jews have nothing [to stand] on,' although they [both] recite the Scripture. Thus spoke those who did not know [the truth] in the same way. So Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ."
(Qur’an 2:113)

This verse reminds us that fighting over differences is futile—only Allah is the ultimate judge.

Similarly, Allah tells us that differences are part of His divine wisdom, and we should not let them cause division:

"We made some of these messengers exceed others. Among them was he to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in degrees. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. If Allah had willed, those who came after them would not have fought one another after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, some believing and others disbelieving. And if Allah had willed, they would not have fought one another, but Allah does what He intends."
(Qur’an 2:253)

And for those who try to impose their views on others, Islam teaches that guidance comes from Allah alone, and there should be no compulsion in faith:

"There is no compulsion in religion. The right path has become distinct from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut (falsehood) and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."
(Qur’an 2:256)

Finally, for those who let disputes weaken them, Allah warns that division only leads to destruction:

"And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient."
(Qur’an 8:46)

Disunity among Muslims has historically led to weakness, and our enemies exploit this division to maintain control. If we truly seek change, we must unite on the common ground of faith and justice rather than fight over ideological differences.

People of Conscience Are Already United—Why Aren’t We?

While some Muslims argue over ideological differences, people from all backgrounds—Christians, Jews, and even those who simply care about humanity—are standing up against oppression. We see Christians leading protests for Palestine, Jews speaking out against Zionism, and secular activists advocating for justice. If they can put aside their differences for the sake of truth, why can’t we?

Some might argue that alliances like Hilf al-Fudul (the Pact of the Virtuous) happened before Islam, but the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) himself affirmed its importance even after receiving revelation. He said:

"I was present in the house of Abdullah bin Jud’an at a covenant which was so excellent that I would not exchange my part in it for a herd of red camels. If now, in Islam, I were invited to a similar covenant, I would accept it."
(Reported by Ibn Hisham and Al-Bayhaqi)

This proves that standing for justice transcends religious differences. If the Prophet (ﷺ) valued a pre-Islamic agreement based on justice and human rights, then how can we refuse alliances with those who fight against oppression today?

Oppressors thrive on division. They want Muslims to fight among themselves while the real enemy remains in power. They want Jews, Christians, and Muslims to see each other as enemies rather than allies in the fight against tyranny. But the truth is, our strength lies in unity.

What Can We Do?

The world is controlled by a system that thrives on ignorance and silence. But we are not powerless.

  1. Spread Awareness – The first step to breaking control is understanding it. Question mainstream narratives, study history, and educate others.

  2. Boycott & Economic Resistance – A weakened economy forces change. Choose carefully where you spend your money and whom you support.

  3. Support the Oppressed – Whether through donations, advocacy, or direct action, stand against injustice.

  4. Protect Family & Moral Values – Strong societies are built on strong families. Preserve traditions and faith.

  5. Unity Over Division – Disagreements should not divide us. Allah will judge between us, and we must not allow infighting to weaken our strength.

Moses did not defeat Pharaoh with military power—he did it with truth. Today, our resistance must begin the same way. The real battle is not fought with weapons, but with knowledge, unity, and unwavering faith. If we remain silent, we become complicit. But if we rise, history will remember us as those who stood against deception and fought for what is right.

Let us not lose hope. Change begins when individuals awaken, unite, and act.
